Job Description

1. Communicating and interviewing/pre-screening minimum of 10 candidates/applicants daily2. Building and inventory based onmarket trends of qualified IT consultants and permanent IT candidates.3. Build applicant inventory.4. Applicant tracking/updating inventory regularly.5. Building relationship with Infotek and client’s marketing staff6. Evaluating requirements and job orderssent to you by the marketing staff and clarifying what their needs are to ensure a successful search.7. Qualifying candidates forspecific IT jobs8. Submitting daily aminimum of 10 candidates resume against open job orders via email or through the Infotek job order system.9. Proactively submitting a minimum of 5 candidatesto Marketing Managers of clients daily.10. Interviewing candidates via telephone, Microsoft teams and/or email11. Confirming candidates’ availability and setting up theirrespective interviews with potential clients12. Negotiating contract termswith candidates who have been selected for both contract and full-time position with clients.13. Updating both the Infotek and Egypt candidate database to ensure resume, notes, availability, rate, and history are properly and full documented.14. Potentially assist with new business development as HRBrain is in the process of expanding its services this includes but is not limited to:- Building prospect lists from LinkedIn and our internal databases- Cold calling prospective clients- Marking HRBrain services - Managing accountssecured- guarantee the recruiting effort needed
