Hiring: UGC & Branded Video Editor (Social-First, Performance Minded)We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and social-native video editor to help produce short-form videos for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts across multiple brands.This isn’t a “cut clips and add captions” role; it’s for someone who understands how to make content stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert.Who We’re Looking ForSomeone who:Gets social content. Not corporate reels, but ads that actually sell and retain attentionKnows how to build pacing, contrast, and energy from raw A & B-rollCan work from minimal direction- sometimes a full script, sometimes a folder of chaosHas taste.
