Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and celebrating wins together.We’re now looking for a creative Social Content Creator to capture and share that culture with the world.The RoleWe’re searching for someone who lives and breathes social media — the kind of person who always has their phone out, sees moments before they happen, and knows how to turn them into content that connects.This role will be all about showcasing the energy, personality, and people behind Henderson - from our Sydney HQ to our Newcastle team.You’ll spend your days filming, editing, and posting social-first content that brings our brand to life through:Culture-driven content: capture the buzz in our offices - team moments, events, banter, milestones, and behind-the-scenes wins.Street talks & vox pops: hit the streets (and the office floor) to spark conversations, interviews, and fun, authentic takes on property, life, and culture.People features: tell the stories of Henderson’s people - from new hires to our top performers and everything in between.Campaigns & trends: stay on top of what’s trending on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - and make it our own.What You’ll DoCreate, shoot, and edit short-form videos optimised for social (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).Work closely with our marketing and leadership team to plan and deliver a steady stream of engaging content.Develop new content ideas that align with Henderson’s voice, culture, and community.Be in the mix — in-office, on-site, and on the street — finding and capturing real moments that show who we are.Travel occasionally to our Newcastle office for content capture and events.About YouYou’re naturally confident behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera.You’ve got a feel for what works on TikTok and Instagram — you scroll with purpose.You’re creative, fast-moving, and thrive in a high-energy environment.You know how to shoot and edit videos that stop the scroll.You love people, stories, and bringing brand personality to life.Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a big plus.PerksWork directly with Henderson’s leadership and marketing teams to help shape our content identity.A buzzing office culture with events, celebrations, and opportunities to grow.The chance to become the face and voice behind one of Australia’s most exciting property brands.Sound like you?Send us a quick intro video and link to your socials, we’d love to see your vibe.
