Location: Remote (UK)Contract Type: FreelanceStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a specialised Freelance TikTok Content Editor to craft high-impact sports content for some of the largest athletes in the world.This is an exciting opportunity to shape TikTok-first storytelling in the sports sector—editing fast-paced, engaging, and culturally relevant content that resonates with fans. You’ll work closely with our creative and account teams to refine footage, optimise pacing, and bring athlete-led narratives to life in a way that feels native to TikTok.If you know the platform inside out, understand sports culture, and can turn raw clips into scroll-stopping moments, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit TikTok-only short-form video content for major athletes and sports personalities.Bring sports moments, behind-the-scenes footage, and athlete stories to life through compelling TikTok edits.Apply platform-native storytelling techniques, trends, and editing styles.Ensure content is optimised for TikTok’s algorithm, audience behaviour, and best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to refine creative direction, tone, and visual consistency.Manage edits, versions, file organisation, and delivery deadlines.Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sports culture moments, audio trends, and editing formats.What We’re Looking ForProven experience editing TikTok content (sports experience strongly preferred).Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools.Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, sound selection, pacing, and platform best practices.Genuine passion for sport, athletes, and fan communities.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.What We OfferThe chance to edit content for globally recognised athletes.Consistent freelance work within the sports and creator economy.Creative freedom within a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Competitive day rate depending on experience.each&everyone is an equal opportunities employer.
