JOB OVERVIEW:Fabrick, the UK’s leading marketing and PR agency for the built environment, is looking for a creative, driven and articulate Social Media Executive to join their award-winning team of marketing and communication professionals.The successful candidate will need to have strong copywriting skills and a good understanding of multiple social media channels. You will play a key role in helping to develop many UK and global construction brands by identifying, creating and managing the delivery of social output for numerous clients across various digital channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You will be expected to identify content gaps and help create strategies to drive traffic, build engagement and generate leads and revenue across our clients’ digital channels.You will report into Fabrick’s Head of Digital Content and will need to work closely with the Account Management and individual support teams to ensure client needs are met.We are looking for someone who has a real passion for social media and who has the ability to work under pressure, both within a team and individually – you will be managing numerous simultaneous accounts.It is essential you have a strong understanding and track record of B2B digital marketing and have the ability to confidently deliver presentations and speak with clients.Fabrick is a fast-paced environment where our staff tell us that no two days are ever the same. If you are the kind of person that can thrive and evolve in a high-pressure environment and want to work with genuinely nice people then this is the role for you!In return you will be joining a company with 38 years of experience to share and a real passion for what they do. Apply now and join a great marketing agency that continues to grow.Agency experience is desirable.Our office is located in Maidstone, Kent and we offer flexible working whereby candidates can work from home up to 2 days per week*.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will:Be the main social media point of contact for various client accounts, working to understand the needs of your assigned clients and ensuring these are metLead monthly and quarterly meetings with your respective clientsNeed to be willing to travel to client offices/locationsBuild and maintain key internal, client and industry relationships in order to produce in-depth and engaging social content for your client’s channelsIdentify, research and write suitable content (for each identified audience) for publication on the client’s social and digital platforms, ensuring compliance with company objectives, branding, any relevant content plans and messagingSupport on paid campaigns and strategies (previous experience desired.)Create business and individual pages on relevant social media channelsMonitor client social media channels to react to prominent engagements and followersCreate social posts ensuring they’re accurate, on brand and delivered within schedule and budgetMake recommendations to clients on how best to continue their social media offeringEnsure monthly targets are met against client business goalsUndertake analysis and report generation as requiredGenerate ideas to support the delivery of client content and marketing plansMaintain a good knowledge of the industry and clients’ businesses and being vigilant to any major events/updatesSupport the digital content team when requiredLiaise with account managers to ensure deadlines/themes are being metMaintain individual timesheetsABOUT YOU:You will need to be a passionate, experienced and confident candidate who thrives in a busy and fast-paced working environment. You will need:• A degree or similar qualification• A strong understanding of social media marketing, including paid social and all channels• Proven B2B social media content creation experience• Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment, preferably within a marketing agency• Excellent research and social media content writing skills – please have examples to share• Experience in managing multiple projects/campaigns/accounts• Confident presentation skills• Excellent organisational, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills• To be a good team player with a can-do attitudeYOUR REWARDS:Our staff are our number one priority, so we like to look after them.
