The roleThe Content Creator will drive the development and production of standout social-first content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and is tapped into social media and content trends, spotting what’s next before it’s mainstream and adapts it cleverly for clients. Curious, proactive, and culturally tuned-in, this role sits at the core of our team - bringing bold ideas to life through high-quality shooting, editing, and concept execution. You will work closely with the Account Manager and MD/Head of Strategy to deliver best-in-class content that elevates our clients’ brand presence across multiple channels.With a true flair for social algorithms, visual storytelling, social-first editing and a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends, you will own content ideation, shooting video and photo, editing, trend research, creator support, and asset delivery - ensuring every piece of content aligns with campaign goals while maintaining a consistent, engaging, and platform-native brand presence.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & IdeationDevelop and execute integrated social media content campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms based on strategy and audience insights, translating a brand or campaign message into thumb-stopping ideas.Pitch and explain creative ideas simply, bringing your own flair but respecting client and brand feedback.Use your strong knowledge of visual, audio and text hooks to plan post ideas that stop the scroll. Craft impactful, entertaining and relatable narratives that work in 3-15 seconds, maintaining a consistent and impactful tone across multiple brands. Contribute to social trends and audience research to shape strategies.Collaborate with the team to define campaign aesthetics and visual identity.Algorithm-focused, staying updated on how TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube push content.Analyse performance metrics, create reports with actionable insights and adjust strategies to optimise results. Participate in weekly client check-ins, strategy calls, and post-approval discussions.Research and compile target creator lists for collaboration opportunities.Content ProductionConfident with both phone and camera; skilled in framing, lighting, and editing high-impact social-first video and photography.Create engaging, dynamic social first video edits with social-first tools, optimised for individual social platforms and aligned brand guidelines. Elevating visuals through layout, typography, and colour without needing a designer every time.Understands the role of music, pacing, and transitions to make content feel alive.Plan and oversee content production schedules alongside the Account Manager, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video and photo assets.Ensure all content aligns with campaign strategy and posting schedules.Write engaging captions based on tone of voice and conduct hashtag and sound research to maximise reach. Can support the team with publishing and scheduling Skills and experience3+ years of experience in social media content creation for brand campaigns, ideally within an agency.Proven ability to drive views, engagement and growth for a brand account using trends and forward-thinking content ideas.Can shoot video and photo content on iPhone and camera. Proficient in design software Adobe Suite, Premier Pro, DaVinci, Canva and social media in-app video editing software.Strong creative eye and meticulous attention to detail, spotting opportunities to elevate assets and copy to deliver the highest quality content focused on social media.Knowledge of key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), emerging digital trends and scheduling tools.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with a positive outlook.Works fluidly and collaboratively with the agency and broader teams.
