You will build and manage strong relationships with media, influencers, and creators to amplify the brand’s presence and generate authentic, high-quality content. You will also execute PR and influencer campaigns, events, and activations that reflect the global brand vision while tailoring them to the needs of each local market. You will work closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure all initiatives remain consistent, on-brand, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis will include but not limited to:PR & Influencer Strategy·       Execute international PR and influencer plans aligned with the global marketing calendar and brand priorities.·       Support the rollout of PR campaigns across key international markets, ensuring consistent messaging and local relevance.·       Activate influencer partnerships across micro and macro tiers to drive visibility, engagement, and authentic advocacy.Influencer Management·       Build and maintain trusted relationships with influencers and talent managers across priority international markets.·       Coordinate influencer seeding programs in partnership with the Senior PR & Influencer Manager-NA, ensuring timely gifting and impactful content generation.·       Support influencer briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.Media Relations & Brand Communication·       Cultivate relationships with international beauty editors, journalists, and publications to secure coverage that strengthens brand credibility.·       Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and PR materials tailored for international audiences.·       Support media outreach for product launches, brand storytelling, and sustainability initiatives.Event Management·       Plan and execute PR and influencer events including concept development, guest list management, and logistics that create memorable brand experiences and strengthen relationships ·       Coordinate event approvals with Global Marketing team to ensure brand alignment, consistent messaging, and strategic fit with overall marketing priorities ·       Measure event ROI through coverage, influencer content, and brand awareness impact that demonstrates value and informs future event strategyFounder Visibility ·       Develop and execute founder PR strategy that increases visibility and thought leadership, positioning founders as industry experts and brand advocates.·       Identify and secure media opportunities for founders including interviews, panels, and speaking engagements that amplify brand story and establish credibility.·       Prepare founder messaging and talking points for media appearances and influencer collaborations that ensure consistent, on-brand communication. ·       Coordinate and manage founder participation in PR and influencer initiatives that maximise impact and strengthen brand narrative.Budget & Performance Management·       Manage PR and influencer budget for the international market including agency fees, influencer costs, and event expenses that optimize ROI and maintain fiscal responsibility.·       Track invoices and spending to ensure alignment with budget allocations and prevent overruns through proactive monitoring and planning. ·       Track PR performance using analytics tools with regular reporting that demonstrates impact, informs optimisation, and guides strategic decisions. ·       Provide budget recommendations based on campaign performance and market opportunities that maximise effectiveness and support growth objectives.THE IDEAL CANDIDATESkills and Experience:Batchelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.3 - 5 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.Proven ability to manage international PR and influencer programs across multiple markets.Strong relationships with media, editors, and influencers in key global regions.Experience executing campaigns, events, product launches, and influencer partnerships.Excellent communication and writing skills for press materials, messaging, and briefs.Highly organized with experience managing budgets, agencies, and reporting.Strong understanding of global cultural trends and how to adapt brand storytelling for local markets.Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
