Job Overview / SummaryAs a Digital Media Analyst (Content Moderator), you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and positive experiences for people and businesses across the global online community. You will be reviewing content daily—including text, images, videos, and audio—ensuring compliance with established policies and community guidelines. Some content may be sensitive or graphic; full training will be provided to help you enforce guidelines effectively.This role has a direct impact on millions of users worldwide and requires attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong decision-making skills.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, classify, and/or remove content uploaded by users according to defined parameters.Comply with operational performance indicators and quality standards.Escalate content requiring special attention to your line manager following established procedures.Maintain confidentiality and handle user information securely.Participate in ongoing training programs for role development and skill enhancement.Follow all instructions and procedures related to the role.Monitor and respond to communications through company channels as needed.Main Job RequirementsEducation and Training:High School Diploma (required).Experience:Content Moderation experience preferred but not essential.Languages:French (required)English (B2 level)Technical Skills:Basic computer skills.Ability to type 25+ WPM with high accuracy.Competencies / Soft Skills:Strategic Thinking & Problem SolvingStress Tolerance & Sound JudgmentSelf-Sufficiency & Planning / OrganizingTeam Building & Time ManagementSelf-Awareness, Resilience & Impact-Driven
