Data Support and Processing: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing departmental performance data to ensure data accuracy and completeness, laying the foundation for subsequent analysisPreliminary Analysis and Visualization: Use tools such as Excel to conduct preliminary statistical and trend analysis on performance data, and attempt to present analysis results in visual forms like chartsReport and Document Assistance: Participate in the creation of periodic performance data reports, and assist in updating and maintaining documents, manuals, and training materials related to the performance appraisal processProcess Coordination and Support: Support the full-process operation of the performance appraisal cycle, including auxiliary work such as system testing, communication and coordination, information collection, and answering inquiriesTeam Collaboration: Actively cooperate with team members to complete other relevant support tasks assigned by superiorsRequirementsMajors in Finance, Human Resource Management, Applied Statistics, Economics, Information Management, and other related fields are preferredHave curiosity and sensitivity towards data, and be proficient in MS Office software, with a particular requirement of mastering Excel (e.g., PivotTables, common functions).
