Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Coordinator, based in Colombo District. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls professionally, scheduling appointments, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring a welcoming experience for visitors. The individual will serve as a focal point for communication and coordination between clients and the company. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage incoming and outgoing calls efficientlyExperience in Appointment Scheduling and coordinating meetings effectivelyProficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operationsSkills in Administrative Assistance, including organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in an on-site role in Colombo DistrictPrior experience in similar roles is an advantage
