Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Receptionist will also provide excellent customer service and support to staff, students, and families visiting the college. Qualifications Proficiency in phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls swiftly and professionally.Experience in carrying out general receptionist duties and clerical tasks efficiently and accurately.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on maintaining a welcoming environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office; prior experience in an educational environment is a plus.Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required; additional language skills are an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in a related field is beneficial.
