In-office presence may be required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.Position SummaryThe Front End Software Developer / Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for AI applications within a law firm setting. This role emphasizes a strong focus on UI/UX and front-end design, primarily using C# and .Net, to create intuitive and efficient digital experiences for users.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns and implements user interfaces using C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCollaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into the UIDevelops wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design ideasEnsures the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsConducts user research and evaluates user feedback to refine interfacesMaintains and improves existing codebases and troubleshoot issuesCollaborates with backend developers to integrate UI components with server-side logicQualificationsSkills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI designProficiency in UI/UX design principles and practicesExperience with responsive and adaptive designFamiliarity with version control systems, particularly GitUnderstanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around themAbility to successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demandsPosition also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, effectively prioritize multiple tasksMust have experience in working in a fast paced law firm environment with diverse needsEducation & Prior ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in front-end developmentExperience working in a legal or professional services environment is a plusTechnologyStrong experience with C# and the .NET framework requiredFamiliarity with Azure DevOps and cloud-based integrations tools or processesBasic knowledge of Python is an advantage, helpful for small scripting tasks or working with back-end teamsGT is an EEO employer with an inclusive workplace committed to merit-based consideration and review without regard to an individual’s race, sex, or other protected characteristics and to the principles of non-discrimination on any protected basis.
