The Foot & Leg Pain Centre is located in Dural, NSW.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Front of House Receptionist at our Dural, NSW location. The Front of House Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment bookings, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include general receptionist duties, maintaining office organization, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth operation and a welcoming environment for patients and staff.QualificationsProficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist dutiesStrong clerical and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in delivering high-quality customer serviceAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detailExperience working in a healthcare or clinical environment is a plusProficiency with scheduling software and office tools is preferred
