Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for an Office Administrator based in Perth, WA, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Office Administrator will oversee general office operations, manage office equipment and supplies, coordinate communication, provide excellent customer service, and support various administrative tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of the office environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office tasks effectively.Experience in handling Office Equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of office supplies and resources.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with team members and external stakeholders.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.Experience with scheduling systems and proficiency in standard office software applications.
