Seize a clinical leadership role with amazing growth potential.About The RoleAs an ECC Team Lead of ARH Greater Western Sydney you will play an integral part of the growth of the hospital. This clinical-first role includes leading ECC shifts (including days, evenings, overnights, weekends) with a flexible roster designed to support your work/life balance, setting best-practice processes, and sharing the hospital vision with your team. Collaborate with management on growth strategies, mentor staff through feedback and support recruitment (with referral bonuses).Where You Will Be WorkingWork in a purpose-built hospital featuring state-of-the-art tools like IDEXX suites, Phillips ultrasound, Siemens MRI/CT, and a dedicated ICU with three theatres.
