One of our Federal Government Clients is seeking to engage a Lead Business Analyst (Trade / Export - Dynamics CRM) - EL1. This is a long-term contractual position.Please check below all the job details:Contract Duration: 24 Months (06 Months initially + 18 Months extension)Work Location: Canberra / Sydney or Melbourne (Hybrid – 03 Days Office / 02 Days home each week)Eligibility: You must need to have Baseline Security Clearance or above.Tentative Start Date: 5th Jan 2026Position Description:The Lead BA will be responsible for: Working closely with the GGT team to ensure requirements are well understood, solutions tested, technical issues recorded and tracked, changes implemented, and business objectives met. Facilitating workshops and other collaboration or research activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet outcomes, such as identifying pain points and designing solutions and opportunities for improvement. Producing artefacts as required to assist teams to understand the problem and design an appropriate solution. This may include user stories, journey maps, blueprints, personas, functional requirement specifications. Provide input into a solution design that considers enterprise architecture, security, information and data management to resolve complex issues for both near term business objectives and predicted future needs. Essential Criteria:Demonstrated experience (at least 5 years) in business analysis at a senior level.Experience in Business Export/Trade projects.Highly developed stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and to listen and respond to others appropriately.Experience producing analysis and project artefacts such as process maps, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365.Experience in Miro and Microsoft Azure DevOps or other similar tools.The Next step is easy: If you are interested, you may send an email to Nargis.s@strategicpartners.net.auReferral incentive program: As always, we have the candidate referral incentive program through which you will get $1000 for each successful referral after the successful selection and joining of the referred candidates.
