We’re seeking an organised and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support across day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and attention to detail.Key DetailsResidential in KalgoorlieFull-time permanent positionCompetitive remuneration, commensurate with experienceKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesAs the Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the HMR Finance and Administration team and the HMR Drilling Team Managers and your responsibilities will include:Acting as the first point of contact for credit card management, end-of-month site costs, fuel cards, and the setup of iPads and site phones.Create monthly site purchase orders with strong admin support on delivery from Vendor’s to site.
