Job Description

We are in search for Incident ManagerDaily Rate: $650 -675 inclusive of superannuationContract Duration- 6 monthsLocation Sydney Responsibilities include:Stakeholder Management• Developing strong, positive relationships with key stakeholdersITSM• Facilitating and directing Major Incident Resolution sessions with multiple service partners, ensuring MIM communication and escalation occurs.• Liaising with Customers and Resolver Teams to determine priorities, resourcing and timeframes.• Ensuring Business Level updates are issued on schedule• Perform/drive structured Root Cause Analysis• Proactive analysis of events/incidents and identify underlying Problem statements.• Drive Problem resolution.Personal Development• Keep abreast of implemented technologies, and customer profiles.Proven experience in Major Incident & Problem Management in an enterprise IT environment.Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a structured and analytical approach.Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar).
