The Structural Engineer will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze structures, residential building design - houses and units.Develop detailed plans and specifications for residential construction projectsConduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standardsCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetUse computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designsPerform calculations and simulations to test the strength and stability of structuresPrepare reports and presentations to communicate design concepts and findings to clients and stakeholdersStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering technologyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) licenseMinimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineeringStrong knowledge of building codes and standardsProficiency in CAD software and other engineering toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWhite Card
