Job SummaryAs a Front Office Coordinator at BYD Indonesia, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, combining hospitality expertise with a corporate setting to enhance our front office operations and client relations.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with professionalism and warmth.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain an organized reception area.Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.Assist with planning and coordinating corporate events or hospitality-related initiatives.Act as a point of contact for facilities management to address any office needs or concerns.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or luxury hospitality environment.Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
