Frontend Developer

Our mission is to make materials procurement faster, more transparent, and globally interconnected by leveraging technology and design.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and maintain web applications• Implement client-side and server-state management• Build responsive and accessible Uls• Integrate real-time features and data visualizations• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend• Ensure code quality, modular architecture, and performance optimizationQUALIFICATIONS• 3-5 years of frontend development experience• Strong skills in React (v18+), Next.js (v13+), TypeScript• Experience with Zustand and React Query for state management• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and modern CSS/JS tooling• Experience with WebSocket integrations and Recharts (preferred)• Knowledge of ESLint, Prettier, and clean modular architecture• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyPREFERRED• Experience in developing data-driven B2C/B2B services.• Experience building component libraries or design systems• Familiarity with map libraries (e.g., NaverMaps) or location-based features• Communication skills: English, bonus ppoints if you can speak conversational Korean RECRUITMENT PROCEDURERecruitment Process: Application Submission → Document Screening → Mini Project to assess technical skillsInterviews will be conducted online.Required Documents: Resume/CVThere are no restrictions on the format of the resume/CV, as long as it effectively represents the applicant.Submission Method: Online ApplicationWORKING CONDITIONSSalary: To be discussed after the interviewWork Time: 8:00 tp 5:00Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probationary period)Probationary period: After joining MOM, there is a 3-month period to assess if MOM is a suitable company for you to invest time and effort in, and if the team is a good fit.
