Translate design mockups and business requirements into high-quality, functional web interfaces. Provide guidance to web developers within the team. Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and data services. Optimize web applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and usability issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards. Participate in sprint reviews, planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and recommend improvements to enhance development efficiency and user experience. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in web development, JavaScript, or related technologies (e.g., React, AWS, or Google Cloud) are an advantage. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack web development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular). Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration practices. Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Basic understanding of web security and performance optimization techniques. Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
