Job DescriptionAs a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will drive innovation by designing scalable AI solutions, influencing technical direction, and mentoring cross-functional teams. Your contributions will shape enterprise automation and AI adoption, delivering high-impact solutions aligned with our mission to transform digital experiences. This is a strategic opportunity to drive the development of intelligent agentic systems using Copilot and Power Platform.Position ResponsibilitiesLead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact AI solutions.Architect and develop full-stack AI solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.Design and build advanced user interfaces, APIs, and backend logic for AI systems.Apply advanced coding practices, design patterns, and automation strategies.Conduct technical “spikes” and feasibility studies to mitigate risks in AI adoption.Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including deployment and support guides.Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems.Champion responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and governance.Monitor and continuously improve deployed AI agents and systems.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building.Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business).Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in software development or automation, with 2+ years in AI or low-code platformsBachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and API-based integrations (e.g SharePoint, M365, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, WD, etc)Experience with Azure AI services, Power BI, and Dataverse is a plusStrong understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestrationProven ability to influence technical strategy and deliver scalable, ethical enterprise-grade AI solutionsFamiliarity with agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, memory, and goal-driven behaviorDemonstrates strategic adaptability to evolving technologies and ethical AI design principlesPreferred QualificationsExperience with OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder), Copilot studioKnowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI frameworks.Ability to lead agile teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.When You Join Our TeamWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: Philippines City: Quezon City National Capital Region Company Website: http://www.manulife.com Job Function: Software Development Company Industry/Sector: InsuranceWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
