Frontend Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Frontend Tech Lead to define and drive the technical strategy for our frontend ecosystem. In this role, you will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and ensure that our platform delivers exceptional performance, quality, and consistency. We offer continuous learning opportunities, including access to training programs, conferences, and workshops to help you grow professionally.Major ResponsibilitiesLead the technical vision and architecture of frontend systems across the SASE platform.Develop and maintain scalable UI frameworks, design systems, and reusable component libraries.Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices across teams.Drive the adoption of modern tooling, patterns, and technologies to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.Influence technical decisions across multiple engineering teams and serve as the go-to authority on frontend strategy.Contribute high-quality, production-grade code while setting the standard for engineering excellence.Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and guide the team in solving complex technical challenges.Support hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of frontend developers across the organization.Desired Background6+ years of hands-on experience developing modern web applications.Deep expertise in React.js and the surrounding ecosystem.Proven experience designing or leading microfrontend architectures in production.Hands-on experience with Storybook or similar tools for UI component documentation and design systems.Strong understanding of frontend security principles (XSS prevention, CORS, JWT, CSP, etc.).Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment in a fast-paced environment.BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Fluent English (written & spoken).
