Oracle Database Administrator

Senior DBA – CRM TeamWe are looking for a Senior DBA to join our CRM team. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands database technologies, is passionate about technology, enjoys teamwork, and takes full ownership of systems end-to-end.The position includes full responsibility for database management, maintenance, planning, and performance optimization of the CRM database, including PL/SQL development, improving existing processes, and building best practices and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end responsibility for the CRM database, from understanding and monitoring existing infrastructure and processes to developing PL/SQL logic supporting business processes.Monitoring performance and optimizing queries, indexes, and database structures.Ensuring high-quality development aligned with best practices, including conducting code reviews.Partnering with the team lead in solution design and technology selection, and actively participating in status meetings and project discussions.Working closely with development teams, system analysts, and QA teams.Monitoring production incidents and performing Root Cause Analysis.RequirementsHands-on experience with Oracle (version 10 and above) – required.At least 4 years of in-depth PL/SQL development experience – required.Experience developing CRM systems – strong advantage.Experience with Oracle GoldenGate – strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field – advantage.Experience with Azure DevOps / Git / Jenkins – strong advantage.SkillsStrong system thinking combined with business understanding and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, working across multiple interfaces.Proactive mindset, independent thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.High learning ability and openness to new technologies and changes.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-learner (autodidact) with curiosity for innovation.Creativity, organization, and high service orientation.
