Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to promote, market, and sell radiology and pathology equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for radiology and pathology equipment in assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, radiologists, pathologists, laboratory managers, purchase departments, and other key stakeholders. Present and demonstrate equipment features, benefits, and technical specifications to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation, training, and after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management through CRM tools. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or Business (preferred with medical/healthcare background). 2–4 years of sales experience in medical equipment, Pharmaceutical/ medical sales. Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging equipment (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound) and pathology/laboratory instruments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Skills: sales,medical sales,pathology,healthcare,radiology,business opportunities
