We offer a collaborative and friendly environment with opportunities for ownership and professional growth.Job DescriptionAnalyse current warehouse fulfillment operations and processes across multiple warehouses across markets to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvementDevelop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse productivity, including workflow optimisation, inventory management, and order fulfillment processesLead continuous improvement projects to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency while maintaining high standards of serviceUtilise data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for optimisationCollaborate closely with regional warehouse managers and be hands-on in implementing pragmatic improvement initiativesDevelop best practices handbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warehouse operationsCodify best practices and ensure adherence across all warehouse locations within the Southeast marketsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field1 - 6 years of experience in warehouse operations management within the ecommerce industry, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements and cost savingsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-makingWillingness to travel to Southeast Asian markets to implement initiatives with local teamsExperience leading and executing projects focused on process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost reduction across multiple locationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams to overcome implementation challengesProactive and results-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and accuracyAdaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
