Full Stack Engineer

At CourtCorrect, we're building the future of justice.As a venture-capital backed startup based in London, our Product Team has been at the forefront of developing a new way for consumer disputes to be resolved effectively and fairly with AI.We have a huge amount of demand from the market and are now looking for exceptional full-stack engineers to join our quickly-growing Engineering Team.Ideal candidates will:have 3 - 5 years' experience in full-stack development, including: React.js on the frontend, Python FastAPI on the backend, Postgres and S3 for databases and AWS for deployment, also including familiarity with asynchronous frameworks such as Celerybe able to own the implementation process end-to-end, including pixel-perfect implementation of complex UX / UI elements designed and prototyped in Figma and the navigation / communication of ambiguity when developing and iterating on an ongoing basisbe builders who want to ship product, work together collaboratively with an excellent team and always learn from customerswork with a hybrid approach, including from our offices in Fitzroviabe ready to start the position relatively soon (2 - 6 weeks from final decision)have an excellent work ethic and be willing to go the extra mile to deliver for our customersCompensation will include:Competitive base salary, depending on experience (to be discussed during first interview)Brand-new MacBook Pro or equivalent work deviceTravel costs, health insurance and free meals when working from the officeShares in the business as part of the overall compensationOur interview process consists of two stages: a cultural interview and a technical interview.
