Now is the time to apply, as we are currently looking for a skilled and curious Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Sarajevo.What You’ll Be Doing To WinWork with Product Managers and frontend developersImprove code quality through pair programming and code reviewsIdentify and communicate best practicesDesign and build REST based Microservices on .Net technologiesHave the right mindset to build and ship high-quality code to production every dayHandle security aspects while designing and coding, not as an afterthoughtHave an open mind on tooling and languagesTake pride in what you deliverBe proactive and self-drivenBe a strong team player and prefer to work with others in all phases of the development processEnjoy collaborating across borders in an international environmentWhat Makes You a Great Fit5+ years of experience in backend development with C# and .NET (.NET 8 is preferred)Strong experience in RESTful API design and implementationProficiency in SQL databasesUnderstanding of microservices architecture and distributed systemsKnowledge of asynchronous programming and multithreading in C#Experience with JavaScript and frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)Experience in building single-page web applicationsExperience in CSSStrong understanding of software design patterns and best practicesExperience with unit testing, integration testingAbility to write high-performing, testable, and reusable codeFluency in English language (both written and oral)BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceOn the Frontend, we work primarily with React and Node.js, but we are open to candidates who have worked with similar frameworks and technologies, such as Angular or Vue.js.While we put mindset and being a team player at the top of the list, you get additional points if you are familiar with, or have good knowledge of any of the following:TypeScriptRedux Toolkit (RTK) and RTK QueryCI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practicesDocker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure)Experience building products around LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)Don’t meet every single requirement?
