Headquartered in Gothenburg, the company supports businesses in streamlining their IT operations while maintaining efficiency and quality.We are strengthening our team and seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist (60-100%) based in Sarajevo with several years of experience in recruitment or HR, ideally within IT. This is a long-term role where you will take full ownership of developing and managing our network of IT specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Pool Management:Maintain, update, and grow our talent poolTrack availability, skills, certifications, and project historyEnsure CVs and profiles follow a consistent and professional standardConduct regular check-ins to keep communication active and relationships strongIT Recruitment and Screening:Manage the full recruitment lifecycleSource professionals via LinkedIn, tech communities, referrals, and platformsConduct structured screening calls and evaluate fitPrepare clear, well-organized shortlists for client opportunitiesOperations & Process OwnershipOversee day-to-day talent operations and data accuracyCollaborate with internal teams on hiring needs and recruitment strategiesIdentify workflow improvements and contribute practical ideasQualifications:~5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (preferably IT)Strong understanding of IT roles and terminology (prefered)Highly organized with strong administrative disciplineComfortable with structured and recurring tasksStrong Bosnian and English communication skillsIndependent, proactive, and reliableWhat we offer:Long-term and stable collaborationClear ownership of your area and well-defined processesFlexible working hours (remote/hybrid)Supportive and professional working relationshipOpportunity to shape and maintain our talent poolDirect impact on the company’s growthIf you’re looking for a long-term opportunity where your work truly matters and where you can actively shape how talent operations are built and improved, we would be very happy to hear from you.
