Full Stack Team Lead - C# JB-4296

A leading cybersecurity company is searching for a Full Stack Team Leader.Main Responsibilities:Lead a small team of 5 developers, with a mix of 60% hands-on.Develop, maintain, and enhance complex C# .NET Core-based software solutions.Implement and maintain front-end applications using Angular or React.Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in MSSQL.Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code following industry best practices.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues with a focus on performance and scalability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.Stay up to date with relevant technologies and suggest improvements when appropriate.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering - a mustAt least 7 years of experience in C# .NET development - a must.1–3 years of proven experience as a team leader - a must.Proficiency in Angular or React for modern web application development - a must.Proven experience in designing and developing graphical user interfaces (GUI) - a must.Proven experience in MSSQL database design and development.Experience working with .NET Core for scalable and high-performance applications.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
