EMI Group prides itself on its comprehensive ecosystem of training, certification exams, and study abroad scholarships, committed to providing quality and dedicated services to students and parents.Role DescriptionParticipate in developing content and materials to support teaching activities.Be responsible for teaching LanguageCert courses (primarily) and other training programs (if any), as assigned and scheduled by the center.Mark and provide feedback on students’ work, and address their questions during the learning process.Administer placement tests for new students as allocated by the center.Attend training sessions to update teaching materials and methodologies in line with the center’s standards.Be available to teach at multiple centers according to the assigned teaching schedule.Carry out other academic support tasks as assigned (e.g., coaching, exam preparation, one-on-one tutoring, supervising self-study sessions, etc.).Ensure all teaching activities closely follow the company’s training program.QualificationsHold a Bachelor's degree; candidates with a major in English Language Teaching (ELT) or English Linguistics are preferred.Have at least one year of teaching experience, preferably in adult exam preparation courses.Possess an English proficiency certificate (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent to CEFR C1 or above) and a Teaching Certificate.Demonstrate strong teaching aptitude, with the ability to communicate and engage with students clearly and effectively, fostering their interest in the lessons.Be dedicated to students, willing to provide extra support outside of class hours when needed.Be responsible, self-disciplined, and committed to professional work ethics.Be proactive, approachable, and have a strong willingness to learn.BenefitsCompensation: Negotiable based on professional competency.13th-month salary, overall policies and benefits commensurate with your capabilities.International, dynamic, and professional environment with ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to build your personal brand in the English-teaching community.Training and certification opportunities for international teaching credentials (TESOL and TTT – Train the Trainer).Team building activities and annual company trip.Full social insurance (BHXH) in accordance with Vietnamese law.Working Hours & LocationMon–Sat (mornings): 8:00–17:30 (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturday afternoons off.HCMC address: EMI International Education – 275 Điện Biên Phủ, Phường Gia Định, Ho Chi Minh City.ContactSend CV to: tuyendung@emigroup.vnPhone: 037 935 2991 (Ms. Hải Anh)
