In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.Please note that Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment-only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Mid-Level Fullstack Software Engineer with a core competency in front-end application development to join our growing ad-tech engineering team in Warsaw Technology HUB.You’ll build and maintain intuitive, performant and scalable user interfaces while contributing across the entire technology stack. Our technology platform connects app publishers, advertisers, carriers, and device manufacturers to help deliver apps and content to millions of devices across the world. We make mobile app discovery more meaningful, efficient and rewarding, helping the users find what they need, when they need it.If you enjoy combining clean code, modern tech and big data challenges to create real-world impact in digital advertising, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, optimize, and maintain modern web applications using React, Vue, or Angular (depending on stack)Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrate front-end components with backend servicesWork with server-side frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Elixir or Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Engineers and Data Scientists, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end featuresWrite clean, testable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, requirements and architecture and discussions, to ensure code quality and knowledge transfer across the teamEnsure excellent performance, scalability, and maintainability of the front-end codebaseContribute to the team’s technical direction by sharing feedback and ideas to improve requirements, architecture, coding practices, and deployment workflowsContribute to improving our monitoring, and observability practicesRequirements2+ years of professional experience as fullstack or front-end engineerString expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks (React/Vue/ Angular)Experience with backend development in Node.js, Python, or other JVM core languagesSolid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication, and authorization patternsFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD and automated testingUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)Strong communication skills and collaborative mindsetNice to Have One or more of the following will be an advantage:Experience with design systems or component librariesExposure to Android development (Kotlin or Java)Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures.Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cyprus)Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)Interest in real-time bidding (RTB), campaign management systems, or data streamingPassion for system performance, scalability and data-driven optimizationWhy You’ll Love Working HereCompetitive salary and benefitsFlexible hours and hybrid optionsA friendly and modern workspace right in the center of Warsaw (Warsaw Spire)Work with cutting-edge ad-tech and modern engineering toolsProfessional growth opportunities and mentorshipA collaborative, inclusive, and high-impact teamAbout Digital TurbineDigital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world’s leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
