Business / Functional AnalystDescriptionAs a Business/Functional Analyst, you will contribute to a key target project with the mission to design and optimize end-to-end business processes aligned with the company’s IT strategy and business objectives. You will play a central role in defining requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine the project scope and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.Design and document the ideal end-to-end business process, integrating IT strategy and business priorities.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (use cases, information models, etc.).Provide functional guidance and support to the Execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with users, product owners, developers, architects, and scrum masters during development.Support business acceptance testing and ensure smooth validation of deliverables.Contribute to business continuity, particularly for financial flows.ProfileProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.Ability to analyze and simplify complex problems.Team player who values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.ExperienceProven experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in integration projects within complex IT environments (mix of modern and legacy systems).Experience in the insurance or finance industry is an asset.Knowledge of financial or insurance products and processes is a plus.Languages Dutch: Very good, both spoken and written English: Very good, both spoken and written
