Overview:Welcome to your role as a Functional Consultant! This job description outlines your responsibilities and expectations in delivering NetSuite solutions to our clients. Your expertise in NetSuite will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As a Functional Consultant, you will be expected to maintain and keep up-to-date with various NetSuite modules, including: Inventory Management Sales Management Purchase Management Warehouse Management Financial Management Human Resources & Payroll Customer Relationship Management Demand Planning ManufacturingResponsibilitiesSupport Solution Consultants in BRD sessions to gain a deep understanding of client needs and proposed solutions.Support Solution Consultants during BRD finalization by conducting hands-on testing in NetSuite to confirm that proposed solutions are viable and align with NetSuite’s capabilities, identifying any potential gaps or limitations.Develop and maintain accurate documentation, refining it based on client feedback and Solution Consultants’ clarification of requirements to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.Develop change Request documents in collaboration with Technical Consultants, identifying gaps in BRD documents and outlining required modifications or custom solutions to address these gaps. Set up, test, and complete the NetSuite application configuration, ensuring precise alignment with BRD requirements and client needs. Work closely with Technical Consultants to create, test, and refine custom solutions, delivering a harmonized and efficient solution. Lead internal solution demonstrations for Solution Consultants before CRP sessions, guaranteeing comprehensive knowledge transfer and readiness. Collaborate with Solution Consultants to refine solution presentations, enabling successful client-facing demonstrations and requirement validation during CRP session. Refine and enhance custom solutions based on client feedback from CRP sessions, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. Maintain and manage the issue tracker sheet, resolving and closing all issues before progressing to the next phase. Collaborate with the project team to ensure a seamless transition to the training phase, guaranteeing that all solutions are fully functional and meet client requirements. Prepare comprehensive training agendas and materials in alignment with the project plan, as the Project Manager outlines. Collaborate with Solution Consultants to determine training responsibilities, potentially leading select training modules and topics and ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions to clients.Maintain and update the issue tracker sheet throughout the training phase, logging and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during training sessions, ensuring timely resolution and effective client support.Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios for client end-users: Gather feedback on UAT scenario sheets. Respond to end-user feedback and resolve issues. Iterate on solutions until all scenarios are successfully passed.Prepare comprehensive data migration templates to facilitate seamless data transfer. Conduct sessions with clients to ensure a thorough understanding of templates, including data-filling instructions.Import master and opening transactional data into NetSuite, accurately mapping data according to client-filled templates, and validate data integrity throughout the migration process. Execute pre-go-live activities, including final data migration, testing, and client training, to ensure readiness for go-live. To guarantee a seamless transition, perform post-go-live activities, such as issue resolution, data validation, and client support. Oversee the entire go-live phase, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise and confirming client satisfaction with the newly implemented solution. Stay up-to-date with NetSuite’s latest advancements by:Actively seeking knowledge of new modules, features, and updates Participating in training and professional development opportunities Applying new knowledge to improve solution delivery and client satisfaction continuously Maintain expertise in NetSuite’s evolving platform to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in implementation and support.QualificationsStrong background in financial and accounting processes. A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.Stakeholder management skills.Excellent documentation and communication skills.A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.3 full life cycle implementations.Able to speak in English and Thai.Effectively delegate task to a junior colleagues.A minimum 2 years of experience as an NetSuite Consultant in a vendor environment.Certified as NetSuite “ERP Consultant” or NetSuite “ERP Administrator” is a plus.
