Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

Seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional HCM Consultant to support the migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, data migration, and integration support.Key Responsibilities:•           Lead HCM module implementation (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent).•           Analyze current EBS configurations and map to Fusion Cloud capabilities.•           Validating the existing EBS functionality can be met with Oracle HCM Fusion modules OOTB alongside Oracle via CRPs.•           Design and develop reports, integrations (using OIC), and extensions.•           Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading.•           Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth transition.•           Conduct UAT and provide hypercare support post go-live.Required Skills:•           10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with 6+ years in Fusion Cloud.•           Strong understanding of Fusion HCM architecture and data model.•           Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI.•           Familiarity with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and PaaS extensions.•           Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
