As a Human Resources Specialist, you will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with organizational and regional regulations. Qualifications & Skills:A minimum of 5 years of proven, progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the GCC/Oman region.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent in both Arabic (mother tongue) and English (written and spoken).In-depth knowledge of Omani Labor Law and statutory requirements.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Highly Desirable (A Big Plus): Quality Management System (QMS) Experience: Proven experience with ISO 9001 standards, documentation, and compliance as it relates to HR processes, auditing, and quality control.
