Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. Theideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle FusionHCM modules, and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing HCMsolutions for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability towork directly with clients either onsite or offshore.Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and upgrades. Responsibilities include configuring modules, designing and developing technicalsolutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing production support Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements,design solutions, and resolve issues.  Develop and maintain technical components including integration, reports, andextensions. Provide functional support across HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits,Talent Management, and Absence Management. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Conducting CRP, War Room Sessions Create documentation and deliver end-user training. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Required Technical and Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and architecture. Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, OTBI and BI PublisherReports. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and web services (SOAP/REST). Functional understanding of HR processes and policies. Experience in data migration and integration using Oracle tools. Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion HCM certification. Experience working with global clients. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Prior experience in onsite-offshore delivery models.Location FlexibilityThis role offers flexibility to work from offshore (India) or onsite (Oman), depending onproject requirements and client preferences.
