We are now actively reviewing Futures Fund Managers for potential inclusion within our allocator network.If you are, or know, a Futures Fund Manager with a verifiable track record, this may be the right moment to connect with us.Role OverviewThis is a full-time remote role for an experienced Futures Fund Manager or Trader who will manage futures exposures, implement a structured trading framework, maintain strong risk discipline, and operate independently. In addition to strategy execution, you will participate in Confluence Group’s network process with the potential for alignment, collaboration, and strategic introductions into our allocator community.If there is strong synergy between your approach and the needs of our network, we are prepared to facilitate conversations that may lead to meaningful capital partner opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor global futures markets, macro developments, liquidity flows, volatility patterns, and sector-specific catalysts.Execute futures trades based on a well-defined discretionary, systematic, or hybrid strategy that aligns with performance and risk objectives.Apply robust risk management frameworks, position sizing logic, portfolio optimization, and drawdown control.Refine, document, and evolve strategy models while maintaining transparency around process and performance.Present your strategy within Confluence Group’s review process, collaborate on fit evaluation, and, where aligned, gain access to allocator introductions and partnership opportunities.Strategies of InterestWe welcome a wide range of futures-based approaches that demonstrate repeatability, edge, and disciplined execution, including but not limited to:Discretionary approaches such as macro, technical, flow-driven, sector rotation, or directional strategies.Systematic models including trend-following, breakout, mean-reversion, and factor-based frameworks.Quantitative strategies such as statistical modeling, machine-learning enhanced systems, pattern recognition, or volatility models.Algorithmic strategies including automated execution, spread trading, scalping, or precision-based tactical execution.QualificationsProven track record in futures trading or futures fund management with verifiable performance.Strong understanding of futures market structure, contract specifications, liquidity considerations, and global macro drivers.Expertise in technical analysis, strategy design, or model engineering.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with the capacity to operate independently in a remote environment.Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CMT are advantageous but not mandatory.What We OfferFully remote structure with flexibility to operate from any location.Access to Confluence Group’s allocator network and potential strategic alignment opportunitiesA culture built on transparency, merit, trust, and long-term alignment.Thank you again to everyone who applied during the FX round.
