Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Technician Supervision & Call AssignmentLead, monitor, and support field technicians to ensure timely resolution of service calls andadherence to quality standardsAllocate service calls based on technician availability and location, monitor progress toensure timely closureAdjust assignments dynamically to balance workload and prioritiesInventory CoordinationMaintain accurate records of coolers and spare partsCoordinate with the store team for requisitions, dispatch, and receiptTrack consumption and availability of essential inventoryInterdepartmental CoordinationLiaise with the field team, store, operations manager, and cooler department headEnsure effective communication and alignment across departmentsSupport timely escalation and resolution of service bottlenecksKPI AchievementTrack and report on cooler uptime and call resolution ratesDrive performance to meet or exceed service quality standardsIdentify gaps and implement corrective actionsTurnaround Time (TAT) ManagementMonitor turnaround time for all service callsEnsure repairs are completed within agreed SLAsHighlight and resolve delays in the service workflowReportingPrepare and share daily and weekly reportsReport on service status, inventory consumption, and KPI performanceProvide actionable insights to support operational improvementsMinimum 1-3 years experience in field service operations, preferably in the refrigeration or FMCG industryManagement and leadership skillsWorking knowledge of refrigeration and cooler systemsProficiency in service management tools (e.g., CRM, or ticketing systems)Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet service deadlinesOccasional travel required to regional service locations or warehousesGood communication and coordination skills#JO
