GA Refrigeration Technician

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Cooler Installation and ServicingInstall, service, and repair branded coolers at retail outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, and barsPerform preventive maintenance including cleaning, part replacement, and refrigerant checksTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults such as compressors, fans, thermostats, andwiringService Management and ReportingTrack and log performance, service history, and repair data using service software or job sheetsEnsure prompt response to service calls from clients and distribution partnersMaintain accurate records of service activities and spare part usageInventory and Tools ManagementManage inventory of tools and spare partsMaintain spare part records and ensure availability for routine and emergency repairsCoordinate with the store or warehouse team for timely part requisitionClient and Cross-Functional CoordinationEducate store staff on proper use and basic maintenance of cooler unitsCollaborate with sales and logistics teams for efficient cooler placement and replacementsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align service operationsSafety and ComplianceAdhere to safety protocols and quality standards as per industry and company guidelinesEnsure compliance with refrigeration regulations and environmental standardsPromote safe work practices in all service environmentsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in servicing commercial refrigeration units, preferably branded coolersFamiliarity with refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, and cooling system components.Ability to work independently and handle a route of multiple service locationsGood communication skills and professional customer service approachPhysically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipmentField-based role with frequent travel to customer sitesExposure to cold environments and mechanical noiseOn-call availability during peak seasons or for urgent service requests#JO
