Game Operations Specialists utilize a variety of software tools to communicate with players and resolve issues related to gameplay, accounts, payments, bugs, etc.QualificationsCandidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.With excellent English communication skillsStrong desire to learn Internet and website technologies and communicate with players/customers.Ability to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity, using multiple tools and systemsAbility to interact and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with various levels of the organizationKnowledge of internet, social media, and technical terminology is a plusMust have experience in playing various Web3 games.Must have knowledge regarding different crypto currencies and NFTs.Experience in playing Maple Story PC is a plus.Must be willing to work ONSITE on shifting schedules including night shift, weekends, and holidays
