About the job🚀 We’re Hiring!With over 5 years of expertise in the fintech industry, we are a product-driven company building and scaling our own proprietary technology platform. Our solutions power credit card transactions and alternative payment methods, ensuring stability, high performance, and transparency at every step. We’re expanding our commercial team and looking for two dynamic Business Development Managers to play a key role in driving growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building new verticals, expanding our portfolio, and creating long-term value for the company.

🔑 Key Responsibilities·       Develop and tailor sales strategies to consistently achieve targets·       Drive business growth by meeting revenue goals·       Expand the gate2way portfolio with a minimum of 5 new merchants each month·       Represent the company at industry events and conferences·       Track and report on sales performance and progress·       Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Support, Finance, and Development·       Take part in strategic negotiations and strengthen relationships with key clients🤝 What Makes You a Great Fit·      ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech, or in a PSP / Gambling Operator as a Payment Manager·      ✅ Strong track record of achieving results and driving business growth·      ✅ Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office (across iOS & Microsoft platforms)·      ✅ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken·      ✅ Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships·      ✅ Detail-oriented, professional, and committed to excellence in every task✨ Why Join Us?At our company, teamwork means collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
