As part of the Order-to-Cash team, you’ll manage customer accounts with care and precision—ensuring timely collections, resolving disputes and supporting compliance. You’ll use digital tools and data insights to prioritise activities, reduce backlogs and improve working capital. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with teams across Credit Management, Cash Application and Dispute Resolution to deliver seamless processes. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships and making a meaningful impact in a purpose-led organisation, this role offers a supportive space to grow and thrive.Your responsibilitiesManage customer accounts to ensure timely collection and minimise overdue balancesMonitor ageing reports and prioritise collections using digital tools and analyticsInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies and deductionsCollaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless Order-to-Cash processesEnsure compliance with credit and collection policies and internal controlsEngage proactively with stakeholders to improve cash flow and working capitalSupport standardisation and automation initiativesTrack and report collection metrics and performance trendsContribute to continuous improvement projects and embed GBS principlesBuild strong relationships with commercial teams and external partnersThe experience we're looking forA broad range of experience in credit control, collections or accounts receivableExposure to shared services or global process environmentsUnderstanding of Order-to-Cash processes and deduction managementFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning systems and collection toolsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret ageing reportsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA continuous improvement mindset with experience in process standardisationThe skills for successCredit & Collections Management  Order-to-Cash Process Expertise  ERP Systems (e.g., SAP)  Data Analysis & Reporting  Dispute Resolution  Compliance & Internal Controls  Process Standardization  Automation & Digital Tools  Stakeholder Engagement  Continuous Improvement What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
