People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation – whilst unlocking your own potential.Number of FTEs: 6Experience: 1-3 YearsLocation: Kuala Lumpur (KL)Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Process Management:Handle the end-to-end procurement process for GBS scope from requisition to purchase order creation on day to day to basis.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Manage procurement documentation and records.Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.Handle any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses.Track and report on key metrics.Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate procurement risks.Invoice Resolution support to Invoice to Pay TeamSkills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in a global business services environment is preferred.Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.Other ConsiderationsLanguage Proficiency:Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay and other languages (Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, or Korean) is advantageous.Summary: A GBS Procurement Agent in Kuala Lumpur plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization’s procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with local and international regulations.
