We work with trusted local subcons to deliver premium products to international fashion brands and retailers.Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated Business Developer to expand our customer network in Europe and the USA. The ideal candidate will identify and approach potential fashion brands, retailers, and wholesalers, building strong relationships and securing garment production orders.Responsibilities:Identify and contact potential clients in the apparel and fashion industry.Present Blu Heads’ sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.Manage communication between clients and our production team in Turkey.Negotiate terms, pricing, and order quantities.Follow up on sampling and production processes to ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:Strong network or experience in fashion, apparel sourcing, or manufacturing.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Previous experience with European or US fashion markets is a strong plus.Compensation:Base Salary + Commission based on performance and new client acquisitions.If you are passionate about fashion manufacturing and have the network to connect with international brands, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Apply or contact: anil.turkoglu@bluheads.com
