Serving more than 40 countries, we connect suppliers with customers worldwide, offering tailored solutions and support through offices in California, Mexico, Vietnam and Malaysia.What You’ll Be Doing:-     Monitor expenses to ensure transparent cash flow and expenses.-     Handle payment activities to ensure accurate revenue and expenditure records-     Calculate cost (cost price), make quotations-     Collect and manage debts-     Prepare management reports, monitor revenue and profit-     Perform tax obligations in Vietnam-     Calculate commissions-     Perform transaction reconciliation-     Prepare PnL, GL, BS, TB                                                                                                                                               Who We’re Looking For:-     Have at least 4 - 5 years of experience as a General accountant-     Must have experience in accounting work at a foreign company-     Strong English writing skills-     Knowledge of accounting software, business management (Odoo, Quickbook, Misa)-     Easily adapt to new environments and ready to change-     Carefulness is a top priority-     Strong Excel Skills, Analytical -     Logical Thinking-      Audit experienceWhy You’ll Love Working Here:-     Salary: 18.000.000 - 20.000.000 VNĐ/month-     Hybrid working.-     Laptop to be provided-     Performance Review (2 times per year)-     Annual health check, annual travel-     Year-end bonus-     Work in an international, collaborative, fair, and dynamic environment-     Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.-     Office location: Thu DucHow to Apply:Send your CV to: hr_vn@qhdistribution.com with the subject “Application – [Position Title]”.
