This position oversees national sales, after-sales, service operations, fleet management, and key account development while ensuring full P&L ownership for the division. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep industry expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward achieving ambitious growth and performance targets.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership & Business GrowthDevelop and execute the division’s strategic business plan aligned with group objectives.Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, product lines, and expansion strategies.Lead long-term planning for fleet, government, and key account segments.Drive innovation in sales, after-sales, and service operations.2. P&L ManagementManage full profit & loss responsibility for the Commercial Vehicles Division.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue planning.Ensure achievement of financial KPIs, including sales volume, margin targets, and operational efficiency.3. Sales & Market DevelopmentOversee national sales performance across commercial vehicles, fleet, and corporate clients.Develop competitive pricing strategies and sales incentive programs.Strengthen relationships with large fleet operators, government entities, logistics companies, and strategic partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.4. After-Sales & Service OperationsEnsure service centers deliver high-quality maintenance, repair, and customer support.Enhance service processes, turnaround times, and technical capabilities.Develop after-sales revenue streams, including AMC, spare parts, and service packages.Drive customer satisfaction and retention programs.5. Operational ExcellenceEstablish strong governance, SOPs, and performance frameworks across departments.Optimize inventory, supply chain, parts logistics, and workshop operations.Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.6. Leadership & People ManagementLead, mentor, and develop large cross-functional teams across sales, service, operations, and support functions.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Set departmental KPIs and manage team performance effectively.7. OEM & Vendor RelationsRepresent the organization in high-level discussions with OEMs, distributors, and global partners.Negotiate contracts, product allocations, pricing, and annual business plans.Ensure compliance with OEM standards and performance expectations.8. Customer Experience & Brand PositioningElevate the brand’s market presence through customer-focused initiatives.Oversee customer satisfaction metrics (CSI, SSI) and implement corrective action plans.Qualifications & Experience12 years of progressive experience in the commercial vehicles industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management or leadership role overseeing multi-functional teams.Proven track record of managing end-to-end commercial operations, including sales, after-sales, service, and customer experience functions.Strong leadership capabilities, with demonstrated strength in strategic planning, commercial strategy development, and business transformation.Documented success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, improving operational performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, partners, principals, and key customers.
