General Manager - German Speaker

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead one of Baron Hotels and Resorts' properties and drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and commercial performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide strong leadership across all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.Develop and implement strategies that enhance guest experience, revenue, and profitability.Lead, mentor, and empower department heads to achieve business objectives.Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and quality requirements.Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Strengthen the property’s market position through innovation, service excellence, and brand reputation.Foster a culture of teamwork, development, and continuous improvement.Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager within luxury hotels or resorts (mandatory).Strong operational background with proven success in Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage management.Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop department heads.Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and delivering profitable results.Proven track record in guest satisfaction improvement and maintaining high service standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Ability to drive innovation, improve processes, and implement service enhancements.Strong knowledge of quality assurance, health & safety standards, and compliance requirements.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field Fluent in German (mandatory requirement) and English.What We Offer* A competitive executive package* Significant career development within a fast-growing luxury portfolio
