Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharm El Sheikh for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensure cleanliness and organization standards are met, and manage housekeeping staff. Key responsibilities include supervising facility cleaning, scheduling and monitoring staff performance, maintaining an inventory of supplies, fostering excellent customer service, and ensuring a high level of communication and coordination across teams. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyProficiency in tasks related to Housekeeping and Laundry operationsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with clients and employees professionallyAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsPrevious experience in facility management or a similar role is a plusBasic knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety protocolsFlexible with work hours and ability to thrive in high-demand environments
